Graphics

The initial period in KS4 Graphic Products consists of a range of activities to enrich the students learning, for example; isometric drawing techniques, orthographic projections, and single point perspective.

Once the students have gained competency in the above the pupils undertake a minor project with a focus on packaging to provide knowledge, experience and understanding of the skills needed to be successful in externally assessed coursework.

From the February half term the students start their coursework, covering the main aspects of the design process and arriving at a finished graphical project within a year.

On completion of the major project the students begin revision for their exam.
