Design and Technology

Design and Technology at John Port School is essentially about providing opportunities for students to develop their capability, through combining their designing and making skills with knowledge and understanding in order to create quality products. The Design and Technology subject involves a distinctive creative process that combines the intellectual with practical skills through purposeful practical activities.

We enjoy good facilities with 3 Purpose built Kitchens, 6 Specialist Workshops, CAD/CAM suites and a wide range of ICT and Manufacturing facilities.
