| Throughout the day our product range changes to suit the time of service. Each day starts with Breakfast in the coffee bar, we then have a mid morning break and lunch which is served in Ashbourne Hall, coffee bar and sandwich bar, hot/cold drinks also available. We oven bake our products rather than fry them.The recipes we use are low in fat, salt, and sugar. Choices are available daily from a wide range of homemade bread products. Freshly prepared cobs, salads, etc are offered throughout break & lunch time served in the sandwich bar area. A various choice of hot lunches are served in the main hall together with the pasta and noodle bar. If you want to grab something quick hot paninis, wraps, hot cobs and wraps are served in the coffee bar area. All food is prepared using vegetable based products and is suitable for vegetarians, additives and colourings are kept to a minimum. We do not add nut products to recipes, but some cakes contain coconut, if you have a nut/coconut allergy please contact the Catering Manager, Mrs Elson. |
