The school subscribes to the “Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education” (January 2007) regulations. In order to comply with these regulations we practise safe recruitment by checking the suitability of staff and volunteers to work with children and young people, in accordance with the best practice guidance. As such, all offers of employment at the school at the school are subject to:

   Completion of an application form with full disclosure of information in all sections.
   A signed hard copy of your application.
   Satisfactory references.
   Verification of qualifications.
   Medical report.
   Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
   Evidence of your right to live and work in the UK.
