Our food is important to us - our vision is simple; providing fresh food, prepared carefully by people who care. Every meal is carefully professionally cooked, presented and served with a smile to each and every one of our customers. We endeavour to source the finest produce from local suppliers and look for produce that has a special link with the surrounding area – Luke Evans (bakery), Palins (fruit, veg, dairy), Underwoods (fresh meats). It is important that the services that we offer are clear and concise and they are entirely appropriate to customer demand. We have to make sure that we position our services effectively so that they are wholly accepted and relied upon as the provider of good food at a fair price. We ensure that the “basics” are right – that prices are clearly displayed and promotional messages and dish labelling is easy to understand. Our menus reflect the requirements of our customer base on a day to day basis with some great innovations, such as:

  • Chef’s theatre that enables the students to be involved in the cooking process and see exactly how things happen.
  • Student presentation days – we believe this is a great way for students to see demonstrations on how to prepare, cook and deliver great foods

  • Weekly promotions and competitions
